If I need to cancel my event, is my deposit refundable?
If you cancel your event at least 14 days in advance, you may use your deposit to re-schedule a date with us within a 12 month time frame. In the event of a hurricane or other threat IPEZ will follow any and all advisories for the immediate area. If a party cannot be held for these reasons, it can be re-scheduled or cancelled with a FULL refund. Contract IPEZ for any questions, 407-339-5090.
Can I use my own invitations?
Yes. If you use your own, however, we recommend that you copy and include our waiver form. You may download and print a waiver here or stop by IPEZ (directions) and pick up a copy. Parents can sign the waiver at the door but doing so delays the play time.
Do all the guests have to sign a waiver?
Yes. Our insurance company requires that all guests who are in our facility sign a liability waiver. If you are under the age of 18 your parent will be required to sign a waiver on your behalf. A waiver is attached to your invitations, and we have extras available at the front counter. If you need additional waivers prior to your arrival at IPEZ you may download a copy here.
How many guests can I invite?
This will depend on which Party Package you choose. There are different limits to each play area and party room, however, we will do our best to accommodate any requests from our guests.
When do I order pizza, drinks, goodie bags, balloons & other party favors?
We'll call you a few days prior to your event to confirm your guest count. At that time you will have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, balloons, goodie bags and other party favors if you have not done so already.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to the party?
We have done our best to make this a one stop shop for the busy parents. ALL you need to bring is the cake (or cookies or cupcakes) and candles. We're sorry, but no other outside food, drinks, coolers, etc are allowed in the facility except for religious or dietary reasons. In addition, we pre-order all food purchases and suggest you place your order 48 hours prior to your party. We have found the party runs much more smoothly if IPEZ provides the drinks and snacks. We keep the drinks cold and can adjust the quantities to the exact amount required by a party. Factoring in the costs of storage and ice, the cost of bringing in drinks and snacks is generally equal to - if not higher than - the prices charged by IPEZ. We have a variety of food and drinks you can purchase for an additional charge. Please contact us for any request you may have.
How should I dress for an IPEZ Party?
Clean socks, comfortable clothes like sweat pants or jeans and longer sleeve shirts. (Some of our slides are steep and quick and may cause friction. Try to keep the little ones covered up). Leave your jewelry, watches, necklaces, etc at home. EVERYONE must wear socks. If you forget socks, some are available at the front counter.
Does an adult need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the experience!
Is there a charge for adults?
No. There is no charge for adult guests or for parents of the guests. If an adult party is booked, the party package price is charged.
Can adults play on the inflatables?
Yes. Adults can get on the inflatables to interact with children. However: Everyone must wear socks. Adult play can not interfere with or endanger the play of younger guests. All guests must abide by all posted rules including weight limitations.
Do I count older siblings or cousins as guests of the party?
Yes, we assume all siblings and close family members, under the age of 18, will participate in the party, and want to play on our inflatables (Sorry, no discounts for twins).
Will any one else be in the play room with us?
No. Each party has exclusive use of the play arena for the allotted time.
Can I have a party with a longer play time?
We're sorry, but we can not extend your play time in the play area.
Does IPEZ provide supervision in the play area?
In addition to other duties your Party Coordinator will help provide supervision in the play area so that you can relax and enjoy the party.
Can we begin our event in the party room?
Tummies full of cake and goodies don't mix well with bouncing around. Therefore, all of our parties begin in the play areas.
Can we go back and forth from the play area to the party room?
Once your party has gone from a play area to a party room, you may not re-enter the play area.
Can I decorate the party room the way I want it?
We discourage people from bringing in banners and decorations. The cleanup time between parties is very short, and there just is not enough time for parents to get into the room to put up or take down elaborate decorations. Due to time and safety limitations we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or pinatas. We do provide party themed paper plates and napkins as well as plastic utensils. If you decide to bring your own paper goods, please give them to us when you arrive and we will use them to set your table. You will need two plates per guest as well as napkins. If you want to bring your own tablecloths, you will need two for up to 15 guests and one more for each 5-6 additional guests.
What about balloons and/or goodie bags?
We do offer both of these staple party items at a competitive rate. However, if you choose to bring your own goodie bags we will put them out with your place settings. If you bring in themed balloons for your event, we will fill them with helium for a small fee and arrange them in your party room.
Can I spend extra time in the party room?
Other party guests are eager to get into the party rooms as well, however, if extra time is necessary we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Does IPEZ provide assistance in the party room?
Your Party Coordinator will be available throughout your IPEZ experience to help coordinate your event including time spent in the party room.
Are gratuities appropriate?
Gratuities are always appreciated. If you feel as though your Party Coordinator has contributed to the success of your party, a tip is always welcome. However, our staff realizes that tipping is a matter of personal choice and not an obligation.
What else have I forgotten?
Bring the cake and the candles (and the kids, too). We'll take care of everything else. Feel free to call us if you have any additional questions or would like to book your event. |
